{"id":7429,"date":"2026-02-18T14:00:28","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T14:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/job\/shop-administrator-at-solarpanda\/"},"modified":"2026-05-03T00:14:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T00:14:15","slug":"shop-administrator-at-solarpanda","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/zambia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=7429","title":{"rendered":"Shop Administrator at Solarpanda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Positiin Title: Shop Administrator<br \/>\nLocation: Kabompo and Ten Miles, Zambia<br \/>\nCompany Name: Solarpanda<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Receive and process stock deliveries from the warehouse in the ERP system.<\/p>\n<p>Manage Shop inventory, i.e., on time requisition, ensuring the shop has optimal stocks for the sales team.<\/p>\n<p>Allocate stocks to the sales team including the Field Agents<\/p>\n<p>Handle replacement of items subject to warranty conditions and troubleshooting<\/p>\n<p>Perform weekly shop stock checks and reconcile in the ERP system.<\/p>\n<p>Offer excellent customer service to both prospective and existing clients.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shop environment.<\/p>\n<p>Identify and escalate operational or customer issues to management.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure compliance to local government regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing<br \/>\nA certificate in sales, marketing. A diploma will be an advantage.<br \/>\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel<br \/>\nGood analytical skills<br \/>\nPassion for working in a social enterprise involving households in off\u2010grid rural areas.<br \/>\nFluent in English written and verbal<br \/>\nA strong sense of ownership and accountability and a passion for working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, high-growth company.<br \/>\nFemales are encouraged to apply<br \/>\nResidents of Kabompo and Ten Miles are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
