\nAbout the role:
\nOur client is looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead their store operations and drive sales growth. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for retail.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
\nLead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve targets.
\nDeliver excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively.
\nManage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
\nEnsure the store is well-presented and merchandising standards are met.
\nMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
\nEnforce company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate and must be Computer Literate
\nDiploma or Degree in Business\/Management is an advantage.
\nProven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
\nStrong leadership and people management skills.
\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
\nGood understanding of retail KPIs and sales reporting.<\/p>\n
Compensation:
\nThe incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
