\n3.1\u00a0Academic Responsibilities:
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Monitor and report on student progress through detailed assessments and reports.
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Set and mark homework in line with school policies.
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure classrooms are stimulating with up-to-date student work displays.
\n3.2\u00a0Pastoral Care
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Promote student well-being and maintain discipline according to school policies.
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Safeguard the health and safety of students at all times.

\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure that all the students in their assigned class follow the same curriculum as the parallel class.
\n\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure progress in preparation for the next phase of the curriculum.
