The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service across dining areas, bars, and guest experiences, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, professional, and memorable stay.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
\nTake orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
\nMaintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
\nSet up, clear, and reset tables according to service standards
\nAdhere to all departmental SOP\u2019s.
\nAssist with buffet setups, special dining events, and private functions
\nEnsure accurate billing and handle POS transactions
\nCommunicate guest needs, preferences, and special requests to supervisors and kitchen teams
\nFollow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies
\nSupport the smooth operation of the F&B department by working closely with colleagues across sections<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
2 \u2013 3\u00a0 years previous experience in a luxury hospitality, restaurants, lodges, or hotels is an advantage.
\nFull grade 12 certificate.
\nRelevant certificate or diploma in hospitality.
\nGood communication and guest\u2011service skills.
\nBasic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
\nAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast\u2011paced environment.
\nFamiliarity with POS systems is a bonus.<\/p>\n
