\n\u2705 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals\u2705 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes\u2705 Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures\u2705 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies\u2705 Lead training and development initiatives\u2705 Foster a positive and inclusive company culture\u2705 Manage HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making<\/p>\n

\n\u2705 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\u2705 Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within real estate or property development sectors\u2705 Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources\u2705 Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices\u2705 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills\u2705 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion\u2705 Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities\u2705 3 to 5 years work experience<\/p>\n
