To supervise tier three (3) Retail shops when need be<\/p>\n<p>Job Specification<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications<br \/>\nMinimum of a Diploma in Business related field (Degree is an added advantage).<\/p>\n<p>Professional Registration<br \/>\nZIM or relevant Membership<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Experience<br \/>\n3-5 years\u2019 experience in sales\/retail\/channel in the telecommunications industry<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills<br \/>\n1. Customer service excellence and strong customer handling skills 2. Team leadership, coaching, and performance supervision 3.
