\nAre you a strategic, results-driven leader with strong poultry production and business management experience? We are looking for a dynamic Poultry Business Manager to lead our Out-grower Layers & Broilers Division based in Livingstone.
\nThis is a high-impact leadership role focused on profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n
About the Role
\nYou will oversee the full Out-grower Business Section, driving performance, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring financial success through effective planning and execution.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u25aa Oversee all Out-grower operations to ensure efficiency and profitability\u25aa Support and hold Area Managers accountable for performance and growth\u25aa Develop and implement production plans (chick placements & slaughter schedules)\u25aa Manage feed allocation, vaccinations, upliftment & logistics\u25aa Recruit and train new Out-growers in line with company standards\u25aa Manage budgets, cost models & financial performance\u25aa Oversee reporting, stock control & data management\u25aa Provide leadership and discipleship training to field officers and out-growers<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n\u25aa Strong knowledge of poultry husbandry (Broilers & Layers)\u25aa Experience in production planning, logistics & financial management\u25aa Proven business management and control experience\u25aa Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools\u25aa Strong leadership, mentoring & decision-making skills\u25aa Commitment to company values and ethical standards<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\u25aa Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Animal Science\u25aa Management Degree\u25aa General Agriculture or equivalent qualification
