Job Summary
\nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven\u00a0Showroom General Manager\u00a0to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, and overall management of a high-end furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong operational standards.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee all showroom operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience
\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
\nLead, train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff
\nEnsure exceptional customer service and effective handling of client inquiries and complaints
\nManage stock levels, ordering, displays, and coordination with suppliers
\nMonitor financial performance, budgets, expenses, and reporting
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
\nMaintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times
\nPrepare regular management and sales reports<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
\nMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in retail management, preferably in furniture or home decor
\nProven track record in sales leadership and showroom or store management
\nStrong people management and leadership skills
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
\nGood understanding of inventory control and retail operations
\nComputer literate (POS systems, MS Office)<\/p>\n
