\nElectrical Engineers

\nQuantity Surveyors
\nTechnicians and Artisans
\nSupervisors and Foremen
\nAdministrative and Support Staff<\/p>\n

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Execute assigned project duties in accordance with engineering standards and project specifications.
\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
\nMaintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
\nCollaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
\nMeet project timelines and performance targets.<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Relevant academic qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)\u00a0for Engineering positions.
\nBachelor of Science in Business Administration\u00a0for administrative or management roles.
\nDiploma qualification\u00a0for Technicians and Artisans in relevant technical fields.<\/p>\n
All academic qualifications must be\u00a0certified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
\nMinimum\u00a03 years\u2019 proven experience\u00a0in construction and mining environments.
\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.
\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\nCommitment to safety and professional ethics.
\nValid Driving Licence (copy must be provided).
\nValid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) Membership for 2026 A must.
\nRegistered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) where applicable.<\/p>\n
