Job Description<\/p>\n
Radisson Blu is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller\u00a0to support the Finance function within a 5-star luxury resort environment, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities (Summary)<\/p>\n
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
\nAssist with statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, NAPSA, NHIMA, etc.)
\nSupport internal controls, stock counts, audits, and brand compliance
\nAssist with treasury, AR\/AP, payroll oversight, and cost control processes
\nAct in the Financial Controller\u2019s role when required<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
\nZICA Licentiate\/CA or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting \/ Finance
\nMust be a Registered Member of ZICA\u00a0(in good standing)
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in an Assistant Financial Controller or similar role within a hotel \/ resort environment
\nProven hands-on experience with hospitality finance systems, including:<\/p>\n
Oracle MICROS Simphony
\nOPERA PMS
\nMaterials Control
\nSage Accounting
\nSage Payroll systems<\/p>\n
