Position: Service Advisor

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer needs and accurate job card preparation.<\/p>\n
Strictly use current \u201cStandard Operating Procedure for Reception Process\u201d to take appointments.<\/p>\n
Responsible for ensuring that the service department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer care & strengthening customer relationships for both existing customers and prospective clients.<\/p>\n
Utilize the service appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity as well as reduce no show rate.<\/p>\n
Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (Seat covers, floor mats etc.).<\/p>\n
Provide clear cost estimates, monitor the work progress and keep customer informed of additional work done, changes to cost and completion times.<\/p>\n
Ensure proper explanation of customer invoices in terms of all parts, labor, and lubricants & consumables charges.<\/p>\n
Actively promote the services and benefits of the distributor service and parts departments to all customers.<\/p>\n
Ensure customers are notified of payment prior to collection.<\/p>\n
Take all necessary actions to address, resolve & follow-up all customer complaints in the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time.<\/p>\n
Carry out the service delivery to the customers using the \u201c7 \u2013 Steps Service procedures\u201d & adhere to TSM & Toyota Standards basic requirements.<\/p>\n
Ensure all warranty work has been identified and signed for by customer.<\/p>\n
Manage cash clearing account.<\/p>\n
Strictly monitor work in progress.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Professional qualification in related field.<\/p>\n
At least two years experience in Motor Industry.<\/p>\n
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.<\/p>\n
Product Knowledge.<\/p>\n
Certified Toyota Technician.<\/p>\n
