coordination with P&amp;C Manager.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sets targets to monitor field visits, verification visits, and meetings with Branch office<br \/>\nStaff and Clients.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As needed, provides Head of Finance with needed information to ensure proper liquidity<br \/>\nmanagement at Branch level and regarding savings transaction, and to ensure compliance<br \/>\nwith regulatory requirements.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quickly identifies and then puts in place plans to resolve problems, particularly related to<br \/>\nportfolio quality, staffing and product performance as they relate to specific Branches.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Takes an active and swift leadership role with branches that are underperforming or are<br \/>\nnot compliant with any policy or regulation, etc., ensuring that appropriate measures are<br \/>\ntaken to bring the Branch performance or compliance back to required standards.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Consults with the IT department on any issues related to monitoring or reporting, and<br \/>\nensures IT resolves issues as soon as possible.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Risk Management and Control:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversees the implementation of the internal control systems, ensuring the smooth running<br \/>\nof the business and safeguarding the institution\u2019s assets; Follows-up with the relevant<br \/>\nmanager(s) to ensure any actions related to audit findings are implements by branches<br \/>\nand\/or departments.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Actively works with the Chief Risk officer and Chief Credit officer and all departments to<br \/>\nIdentify, measure risks and treat risks in a timely and proactive manner<br \/>\nand actively develops mitigation strategies through sharing information between<br \/>\ndepartments and around the branch network.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures compliance with all existing MFI and VFI policies; with local regulations; and with<br \/>\nall VFI\/Lender covenants.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that policies and procedures are applied consistently and uniformly across all<br \/>\nbranches.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plans and ensures the implementation of an adequate and timely branch reporting system.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Supports Branches in analyzing results of their Branch in risk terms and by various<br \/>\ngroupings such as benchmarking volume and quality of business, portfolio quality, write off,<br \/>\nproduct mix, methodology, vintage, etc. in order to know how to take actions for<br \/>\nimprovements- organize plans with the Branches.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Helps prepare the network for all audits and ensures audit findings are closed<br \/>\nappropriately and in a timely fashion.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Facilitates portfolio reviews Works within Branch network, CEO, Marketing team and the Region to develop new<br \/>\nproducts as appropriate, using field data and competitor analysis.<br newsletter, radio advertising, posters,<br \/>\nschool competitions, press releases, etc.).<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinates as needed regular customer satisfaction (changes in geographical location,<br \/>\nintroduction of new products, linkages with WV Savings Groups, product processes<br \/>\nrelated to delivery methods, education, etc.) while balancing the need for institutional<br \/>\nsustainability.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that clients and their children are protected and treated with respect in the<br \/>\nprovision of financial services through implementation of the client protection policies.<br \/>\nThis includes not over-indebting clients, appropriate debt collection practices, and active<br \/>\nmechanisms for client complaint.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure that Regional Managers, Branch Managers and staff are trained in and apply strong<br \/>\nsocial
