This assessment aims to accurately document the socio-economic impact of the recent drought on households and communities, and to monitor the effectiveness, equity, and accountability mechanisms of the emergency social cash transfer interventions put in place to mitigate these effects. CSPR is looking for highly motivated, proficient, and experienced Field Enumerators to join the research team for this time-sensitive assignment.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities of the Enumerator<br \/>\nSelected candidates will report to the Field Team Leader and be responsible for:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Attending and actively participating in mandatory project training sessions on research ethics, survey protocols, and data collection tools.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Conducting face-to-face interviews with selected households, community leaders, and key informants within assigned enumeration areas in Mazabuka District.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Accurately and diligently collecting data using computer-based data collection tools (mobile phones\/tablets) in line with the established sampling and quality control protocols.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensuring the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of all collected data before submission.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strictly adhering to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and respecting the cultural context of the respondents.<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience<br \/>\nWe are seeking reliable professionals who meet the following essential criteria:<br \/>\nAcademic Qualifications\u00a0(Non-Negotiable)<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum of a Diploma in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A Bachelor\u2019s degree or a higher qualification will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nProfessional Experience<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proven experience (at least 2 previous assignments) in conducting large-scale social surveys, research, or monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) activities.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrable experience in using computer-based data collection tools such as Kobo Toolbox, Open Data Kit (ODK) or similar platforms.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Familiarity with the Mazabuka District area and fluency in the dominant local language(s) will be a strong advantage.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience in Social Accountability Monitoring skills<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting sensitively with respondents.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex research protocols precisely.<br \/>\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ability to work independently in challenging rural environments and under tight deadlines.<br \/>\n8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Should be based in Mazabuka District<br \/>\n9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Able to speak the language of the locals<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
