\nKey Responsibilities
\nSales & Revenue Growth<\/p>\n
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
\nIdentify and develop new customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
\nExecute sales plans and promotional activities within assigned territory.
\nNegotiate pricing, discounts, and trade terms within company policy.<\/p>\n
Customer & Relationship Management<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
\nConduct regular customer visits and market activations.
\nResolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n
Market Execution & Visibility<\/p>\n
Ensure proper product availability, shelf presence, and merchandising standards.
\nMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
\nSupport product launches and in-store promotions.
\nEnsure compliance with brand and merchandising guidelines.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Administration<\/p>\n
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales data.
\nTrack stock movement and support collections where applicable.
\nProvide market intelligence and feedback to management.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
\nMinimum of 2\u20135 years\u2019 sales experience in an FMCG environment.
\nProven track record of achieving sales targets.
\nExperience working with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.<\/p>\n
