Duties\/Responsibilities
\nCreate and maintain Branch Awareness<\/p>\n
Meet allocated insurance sales targets;<\/p>\n
Implement insurance sales activities and branch targets with Branch Managers on a weekly basis;<\/p>\n
Train all branch staff with respect to their level of insurance sales involvement.<\/p>\n
Promote insurance information sessions in the branch;<\/p>\n
Drive brand awareness initiatives in the branch;<\/p>\n
Implement agreed upon marketing campaigns and initiatives;<\/p>\n
Sales targets and productivity<\/p>\n
Ensure sales targets are met;<\/p>\n
Render ongoing technical advice and support;<\/p>\n
Ensure quality business through Lead Verification of Identified Clients on affordability and suitability;<\/p>\n
Promote insurance culture in the Branches.<\/p>\n
Identify new business opportunities;<\/p>\n
Manage and support leads generation activities;<\/p>\n
Assist with the client queries and premium collections;<\/p>\n
Report on sales activities in the branch<\/p>\n
Support and implement projects and focus activities of the Sanlam Banca Manager.<\/p>\n
Networking with other stakeholders in the sales and support process<\/p>\n
Minimum qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.<\/p>\n
Diploma in Business discipline or related field<\/p>\n
Degree is added advantage<\/p>\n
Sales experience is desirable<\/p>\n
Ability to train others, Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), Team building skills, coaching and Mentoring<\/p>\n
High integrity and self-motivated<\/p>\n
Ability to plan and schedule work with minimum supervision.<\/p>\n
