Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.<\/p>\n<p>Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.<br \/>\nCompile and update employee records<br \/>\nProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)<br \/>\nCoordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).<br \/>\nDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations<br \/>\nProperly handle complaints and grievance procedures.<br \/>\nCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews<br \/>\nAssist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications, Knowledge &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources\/Business Administration<br \/>\nPrevious experience in an HR role at least 3 years.<br \/>\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
