About the job Client Service Executive<\/p>\n
The Client Executive is responsible for servicing a portfolio of clients in underwriting, claims, relationship management and sales by driving revenue growth within the insurance sector
\nObjectives<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
\nUnderwriting, claims and sales management
\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
\nStay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Daily servicing of client portfolios.
\nIssue closings and or alterations instructions to Insurers
\nIssue Invoice\/credit notes where necessary
\nReview insurance policies\/endorsements to ensure they are in line with instructions.
\nConduct regular client meetings to keep them abreast of all related developments in line with their portfolios.
\nLoad all sales opportunities in the system
\nRegistering and processing all reported claims with Insurers
\nSupport clients with uninsured loss recoveries
\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
\nAnalyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
\nWork closely with underwriters to assess risk, customize insurance solutions, and ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.
\nConduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to track progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
\nRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and expand professional networks.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and exceptional customer experiences.
\nStay abreast of changes in industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging technologies accordingly.
\nFoster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, celebrating successes and promoting a positive work environment.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Diploma in Insurance from CII, ISA, ZII or any other recognised professional bodies. Those with bachelors degree in business administration with two years experience in the insurance Industry will be preferred.
\nStrong understanding of short-term commercial insurance products, markets, and industry trends.
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.
\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriters.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software<\/p>\n
