Job Description<\/p>\n

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
\nMaintain exceptional standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
\nDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniques
\nOperate the point-of-sale system accurately and process payments efficiently
\nMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, bottles, and equipment
\nMonitor stock levels and communicate inventory requirements to management
\nComply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service
\nCreate innovative cocktails and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience
\nWork collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
\nHandle cash and card transactions with accuracy and maintain till reconciliation records
\nRespond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns
\nMaintain personal appearance and adhere to the establishment\u2019s dress code standards
\nPerform opening and closing procedures, including stock checks, equipment maintenance, and secure cash handling
\nUpsell premium spirits and speciality beverages to maximise revenue opportunities
\nMentor and support junior bar staff, providing guidance on cocktail techniques and customer service excellence<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Full grade twelve school certificate
\nTwo years of work experience in a five star establishment
\nCertificate in hospitality management<\/p>\n
