\nSummary
\nSupervise warehouse activities. Manage spare parts & equipments\u2019 stock movements (inputs \/ outputs). Provide sales and service departments with parts & equipment stored in the warehouses. Ensure stock accuracy, lean and efficient warehouse operations and a 5S work environment
\nWhat will be your responsibilities?<\/p>\n
Manage a team of material handlers (evaluation, training)
\nEnsure respect of inbound & outbound processes
\nOrganize physical inventories & analyse stock variance
\nImplement and ensure 5S process is closely followed
\nSupport 5S audit process
\nEnsure the safety in the warehouse and yard environments (for BIA employees and external parties)
\nEnsure swift resolution of inbound and outbound griefs
\nContribute to SC continuous improvement<\/p>\n
Who are we looking for?<\/p>\n
Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields;
\n2-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role;
\nExperience of operating in a supervisory capacity within a fast paced;
\nAbility to manage inventory;
\nAbility to analyze data and provide insights from data;
\nGood IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills;
\nGood time-management skills.<\/p>\n
