We\u2019re seeking a Finance Business Analyst to drive success at AVI International in Lusaka, Zambia. The Finance Business Analyst acts as a business partner to commercial and operational teams, providing financial insights that support decision making, drive profitability, and improve business performance. The role is responsible for analysing financial and operational data, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluating business initiatives, and translating complex data into actionable insights to support growth.<br \/>\nReporting Structure:<br \/>\nReports to: Finance Manager<br \/>\nDirect Reports: 0<br \/>\nKey Areas of Impact:<br \/>\nFinancial Planning and Analysis<br \/>\nEstablish and maintain Financial Analysis tools relating to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and other functional area<br \/>\nKey role player in the budgets and forecasts<br \/>\nSystems management<br \/>\nManage the integrity of SAP &amp; BI from a Sales perspective<br \/>\nCustomer profitability<br \/>\nCompile Customer Profitability\u2019s on a monthly &amp; Ad hoc basis<br \/>\nCash management<br \/>\nManagement of the Cash Van and Petty cash process<br \/>\nTax review<br \/>\nAssist in review of Tax and VAT recons and related tax matters<br \/>\nInternal and Externals Audits<br \/>\nEnsure that external run smoothly from a client deliverable perspective, i.e. no delays in providing client information and all reports and information are accurate with no material errors.<br \/>\nEnsure that internal audits are well prepared for and audit findings are appropriately followed up and addressed.<br \/>\nWhat It Takes to Succeed:<br \/>\nExperience that set you up for success:<br \/>\nCompleted articles,<br \/>\n5 \u2013 10 years post article experience<br \/>\nQualifications &amp; Certifications that will contribute to your success:<br \/>\nPostgraduate qualification in Finance or CA (ZM)<br \/>\nAdditional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:<br \/>\nMicrosoft Excel<br \/>\nEssbase<br \/>\nSAP<br \/>\nFinancial Accounting standards and best practices<br \/>\nTake the Next Step with AVI International<br \/>\nJoin us in shaping the future of AVI\u2019s presence in Sub-Saharan Africa and key global markets by applying to join us today.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
