Join our dynamic HR team to drive talent strategies, compliance, and employee engagement in a growth-oriented environment<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Manage full recruitment cycle: adverts, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.<br \/>\nHandle employee relations, disciplinary processes, leave\/payroll admin under Zambian labour laws.<br \/>\nSupport performance management, training, and HR\u00a0weekly and monthly\u00a0reporting\/KPIs.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with ZIHRM standards and collective bargaining. \u200b<br \/>\nEnsures that Job Descriptions, in the approved format are developed, introduced<br \/>\nTo maintain and update all employee records through the human resources management system.<br \/>\nTo create, maintain and update personal files and personal records for staff in all departments<br \/>\nTo communicate and implement policy decisions to all staff.<br \/>\nTo monitor the Industrial Relations environment and advise management and employees accordingly.<br \/>\nTo ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and the country\u2019s labour regulations.<br \/>\nTo advise line management on Conditions of Service, Disciplinary matters, Grievance handling procedures and labour-related issues.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Degree\/Diploma in HR Management or related; ZIHRM membership preferred.<br \/>\n2+ years HR experience (manufacturing\/unionized settings advantageous).<br \/>\nStrong MS Office\/SAP skills; excellent communication and problem-solving.<br \/>\nFull Grade 12.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
