This role presents a great opportunity for rapid growth and exposure to learn from senior management from the get-go.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Determine pricing for ZBDC<br \/>\nDevelop pricing strategy<br \/>\nMonitoring and adjusting product mix in line with Revenue goals and production performance<br \/>\nPreparing and forecasting revenue and PL on monthly basis<br \/>\nPreparing presentations and data analyses for senior management<br \/>\nMonitoring Topline and Volume performance on daily basis<br \/>\nBuild and establish\u00a0financial budget and plans.<br \/>\nMonitoring and analysing Market share on monthly basis<br \/>\nMonitoring Discounts<br \/>\nDriving the Sales process, through reporting capabilities<br \/>\nImplementing pricing changes into the system<br \/>\nImplement Tracking &amp; Monitoring processes to measure actual performance vs. targets for key performance indicators<br \/>\nAssisting with Ad-hoc projects to aid revenue generation and improve profitability<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Fluent in English<br \/>\nExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills<br \/>\nStrong MS Office especially Excel<br \/>\nAttention to detail<br \/>\nQuality focused<br \/>\nConfident to challenge Senior Commercial Leaders<br \/>\nSelf-starter and go-getter<br \/>\nStrong values-based mindset<br \/>\nComfortable getting out of your comfort zone<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>University degree (preferably post-graduate) in Finance, Internal Control, or a related field.<br \/>\nStrong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.<br \/>\nAt least 4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Risk Management, Internal Control, or Internal Audit<br \/>\nACCA qualification and prior experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<\/p>\n<p>Band: VI<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
