Legal Aid Board (LAB)<\/p>\n
Legal Aid Board (LAB) is a statutory body established under the\u00a0Legal Aid Act No. 1 of 2021. The Board is mandated to provide legal aid services to persons with inadequate means. The Board now seeks to appoint the following:
\n1. Legal Aid Counsel\u00a005\u00a0\u2013 (Mumbwa, Sesheke, Luangwa, Mpika and Namwala)
\nand additional\u00a0(02) Legal Aid Counsel for Chingola and Nchelenge
\nTo supervise and undertake the provision of legal aid services in civil and criminal matters to persons of inadequate means in order to promote and facilitate access to justice.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
\ni. Supervises and undertakes effectively the provision of legal aid in civil and criminal matters in order to enhance access to justice.
\nii. Supervises timely the development of work plans and the implementation of the performance management system in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.
\nSoftware
\niii. Supervises effectively human, financial and other resources in order to facilitate attainment of set objectives.

Full Form V \/ Grade 12 School Certificate<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree<\/p>\n
Advocate of the\u00a0High Court of Zambia<\/p>\n
