Submission of all documentation such as quotations, invoices, reports, good received notes etc.<br \/>\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Send enquiries and adjudicate for ordering purposes<br \/>\nEnsure efficient tracking and filing of commercial related documentation.<br \/>\nUpdate Procurement tracker.<br \/>\nOffer support to Supervisors with regards to coordination of exports.<br \/>\nCoordinate the purchase and distribution of Commercial Storeroom stock<br \/>\nMonthly stock count participation<br \/>\nAny other responsibilities as may be assigned by Superior.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred candidate qualifications &amp; experience<\/p>\n<p>Grade 12 Certificate<br \/>\nMust have; Purchasing and Supply Degree\/Diploma\/\u00a0ZIPS\/ CIPs<br \/>\nAt least 2(two) years working experience in a related field<br \/>\nValid Silicosis Certificate<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
