Discerning service, relaxed dining and engaging recreation facilities for all guests are a given.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Job Description<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement comprehensive People &amp; Culture strategies that align with organisational objectives and foster a high-performance culture.<br \/>\nOversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performance management, and retention initiatives.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.<br \/>\nManage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.<br \/>\nImplement and oversee workplace safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.<br \/>\nConduct regular analysis of P&amp;C metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.<br \/>\nCollaborate with senior leadership to drive organisational change and cultural transformation initiatives.<br \/>\nManage budgeting and forecasting effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.<br \/>\nDesign and execute learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and support career progression.<br \/>\nDeliver orientation, compliance, skills, leadership, and brand-based training sessions.<br \/>\nDevelop and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.<br \/>\nLead succession planning and talent development strategies to build organisational capability and retain high-performing employees.<br \/>\nEstablish and promote employee engagement and wellbeing programmes that support physical, mental, and professional development.<br \/>\nStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in People &amp; Culture and learning &amp; development to continuously improve departmental processes and outcomes.<br \/>\nDevelop and administer compensation and benefits strategies that attract, motivate, and retain talent whilst remaining competitive within the market.<br \/>\nCreate and maintain clear internal communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and foster transparency across all organisational levels.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration &amp; Conferencing Software<\/p>\n<p>Degree in Human Resources\u00a0Management or related field<br \/>\n5+ years in a People &amp; Culture role<br \/>\nProven experience in Learning &amp; Development and organizational development an added advantage<br \/>\nStrong understanding of\u00a0 Zambian labor law, compliance, and employee wellbeing<br \/>\nExceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills<br \/>\nPassion for people, culture, learning \u2014 and making a real difference<br \/>\nFamiliarity with HRIS systems and people analytics is advantageous<br \/>\nMust be a member of ZIHRM<\/p>\n<p>Additional Information<\/p>\n<p>Key Attributes<\/p>\n<p>Strategically Minded<br \/>\nPeople &amp; Customer Centric<br \/>\n\u00a0Hands-On &amp; Operational<br \/>\nOrganized &amp; Detail-Oriented<br \/>\nProactive &amp; Solution-Oriented<\/p>\n<p>Include 3 traceable referees on your CV with valid mobile numbers and email addresses.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
