Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ a Property Manager in the Construction Department to join our growing team.

\nDEPARTMENT:\u00a0Construction
\nJOB PURPOSE
\nTo assist in the entire management process of the Company\u2019s Estates and Properties in line with the Company\u2019s objectives.
\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Overall responsible for the comprehensive operation of property management in the logistics park, coordinating customer service, engineering, security, cleaning, greening (landscaping), security, and facilities and equipment management modules to ensure the safe, standardized, and efficient operation of the park\/building.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Develop property management systems, service standards, plans, and annual plans, implement cost control, budget execution, and fee collection, and achieve operational and service targets.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Responsible for building and training local teams, assessments and providing incentives, enhancing the professionalism and execution of local employees, and building a stable and efficient property management team.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Maintain relationships with owners\/tenants, handle complaints and demands, and improve satisfaction; liaise with local government, fire protection, security, and other agencies to ensure compliance operations.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Supervise daily inspections, and emergency repairs of houses, water and electricity, generators, air conditioning, and fire protection systems to ensure the integrity and safe use of assets.
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Complete other local and special tasks assigned by the department.
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum Bachelor\u2019s Degree or above in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or any relevant field.
\nAt least three (03) years\u2019 experience as a Property Supervisor\/ Manager or Project Supervisor\/Manager.
\nExcellent understanding of the full management process of any of the following industries: residential, commercial industrial park, or office building.
\nCandidates with local supervisory\/management experience are preferred; those with Zambian work experience and cross-cultural team management skills are also preferred.<\/p>\n
OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES<\/p>\n
Fluent in spoken and written English, and the ability to communicate effectively with local employees and partners.
\nFamiliar with safety and fire protection, equipment operation and maintenance, customer service, and cost control, with the ability to deal with emergencies.
\nIntegrity with a strong sense of responsibility and good stress resistance.
\nMust be able or willing to work in Ndola for a long time.
\nResidents of Ndola and the Copperbelt are preferred.<\/p>\n
