Business Strategy<br \/>\nDiscover more<br \/>\nJob Search Tools<br \/>\nCareer Advice Blog<br \/>\nIndustry Specific Job Boards<br \/>\n\u2022 Identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships.<br \/>\n\u2022 Serve as the strategic advisor for all pitches and proposals relating to Anglophone West Africa.<br \/>\n\u2022 Grow revenue for all AMSCO professional service offerings.<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiate and close business deals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform in-depth client \/ prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Revenue generation: Oversee all revenue streams and ensure given targets are met.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sales pipeline: Develop sales plan that will generate revenue.<br \/>\n\u2022 Present and convey a high level of knowledge of potential clients and how AMSCO solutions can address them.<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively drive and manage the solution evaluation stage of the sales process.<br \/>\n\u2022 Network to develop business relationships that will grow the business and stay in touch with industry changes.<br \/>\n2. Marketing &amp; Branding<br \/>\n\u2022 Strengthen AMSCO\u2019s brand and raise its profile in the marketplace, making it a consistent brand experience for all new clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Together with the team build an integrated creative and messaging strategy for the AMSCO brand that can be utilized across multiple markets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify key publications, organizations and events aimed at increasing the profile of AMSCO business.<br \/>\n\u2022 Represent AMSCO in all forums, conferences and events.<br \/>\n4. Administration<br \/>\n\u2022 Monthly operational reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Weekly projects progress reports (team meetings), and pipeline updates.<br \/>\nJOB EVALUATION CRITERIA: INPUT<br \/>\n1. Formal Education<br \/>\n\u2022 B.Com Honors in Economics, Business Studies or equivalent.<br \/>\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree will be advantageous.<br \/>\n2. Experience<br \/>\n\u2022 At least 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in sales, business development and marketing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate strategic and deep experience in business prospecting and planning.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in HRA and consulting will be an added advantage.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
