Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ a Tanker Fleet Supervisor in the Tanker Fleet Department to join our growing team.

\nLOCATION:\u00a0Ndola, Sakania

\nJOB PURPOSE
\nThe primary objective of this position is to oversee all Tanker Fleet activity daily.
\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Must be familiar with the full operational process of tanker transportation on the Zambia-DRC route, with a solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry compliance requirements in both countries.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Thorough knowledge of the complete border clearance procedures for cross-border tanker transportation, with strong command of all required documentation and compliance processes.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Well-connected locally, especially maintaining strong working relationships with key authorities such as the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), Traffic Police, Zambia Bureau of Standards (ZABS), Road Development Agency (RDA), and Energy Regulation Board (ERB).
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Strong emergency response and crisis management capability, with full understanding of the insurance claims process for Tanzanian-registered vehicles operating in Zambia and the DRC.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Established network within the DRC, capable of efficiently coordinating and managing various local operational matters
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Transportation or related fields are preferred.
\nCandidates holding relevant training certificates in hazardous materials transportation management will be preferred.
\nMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in tanker fleet operations; hands-on cross-border transport experience is a must.
\nResidents of Ndola and Copperbelt are preferred.<\/p>\n
NOTE. All interviews shall be conducted in person at our Sakania Office in Ndola.
