\n(A) Purpose of the Job
\nTo perform accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts Receivables and revenue transactions.
\n(B)\u00a0Statements of Main Accountabilities\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Issues receipt vouchers and invoices for all monies received after verifying the validity of cheques and cash payments collected from customers and\/or revenue collectors as proof of payment,
\nSubmits receipts to the relevant Revenue generating units to enable updating of\u00a0\u00a0 client files.
\nIssues quotations for all bills to enable clients to pay license fees.
\nPrepares monthly invoices\/receipts report to track invoices issued during the month.
\nActs as a known agent of the Authority to the banks for delivery and collection of all\u00a0\u00a0bank related transactions<\/p>\n

\n(C)\u00a0 Knowledge and Skill Requirements:<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0\u00a0General Education:
\nGrade 12
\n2.\u00a0Professional\/Academic\u00a0Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance or ACCA level 2 or CIMA level 2 or equivalent
\nMust be a member of ZICA<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
\nThe job requires above 1 to 3 years experience
\nAt this stage, the jobholder should have\u00a0a basic understanding of the role and can perform fundamental tasks or\u00a0activities relating to the job under some\u00a0\u00a0supervision.
