\nResponsible for leading the development and implementation of ethical standards, organizational development initiatives, and Change Management strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in line with operating standards and systems.
\n(B)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Statements of Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Design and execute organization development strategies to enhance workforce performance and engagement;
\nDevelops and implements Organization Development strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency;
\nAnalyses business structures, processes, procedures and the utilization of Human Capital to ensure standards are aligned with the business strategy;
\nDevelop metrics and tools to assess the effectiveness of ethics and organizational development initiatives;
\nLead initiatives to improve outlined objectives in line with the organizational culture;
\nAlign Staff role profiles to the Strategic Objectives and ensures Job roles are aligned to the annual business strategy, accurately reflect duties and responsibilities of positions;
\nDevelops and implements change management strategies and assist to lead in the implementation of change initiatives;
\nProvides guidance on effective change management strategies during change and times of uncertainties;
\nCreates and maintains a positive organizational culture immersed in line with the strategic plan;
\nUndertakes periodic assessments to ensure that Authority values are upheld by individual staff.
\nEnsures that the organization\u2019s policies and practices align with ethical guidelines and contributes to a positive, productive work environment.
\nUndertakes talent counseling to address work related stress, grievances and associated concerns which affect Staff effective performance of duties.
\nServe as Secretary to the Integrity Committee and focal person between ZICTA and the Anti- Corruption Commission on issues relating to corruption prevention and mitigation.
\nDevelops and implements the Annual Corruption Prevention Action Plans (ACPAP) and ensures planned activities are undertaken.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
(C)\u00a0Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
\na) \u00a0General Education:
\nFull Grade 12 School Certificate
\nb)\u00a0Professional\/Academic Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources management\/Public Administration\/Business Administration or equivalent;
\nProfessional Membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM).<\/p>\n
c)\u00a0Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
\n3 years\u2019 post qualification experience in Human Resources Management;<\/p>\n
