\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing robust distribution network
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implementing the nationwide agency banking rollout
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Constantly scan the market to acquire Agents
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Aligning the business strategy with other business division within the bank to leverage on the synergy

\nOutputs:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understand the technical\/regulatory matters affecting the Agency Banking business
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure Governance, Compliance, Risk and Control are implemented to meet Absa Zambia & AGL standards.

Ensure\/manage regulatory and policy report submissions
\nProactively manage all risks associated with the business and put in place appropriate controls and checks.<\/p>\n
