\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to join our team as\u00a0Human Resource & Administration Lead.
\nThis role will oversee:<\/p>\n
Staff and traineeship management
\nWeekly performance appraisal systems
\nManagement of a growing pool of independent consultants<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a\u00a0high-performance culture\u00a0and supporting our consultancy operations.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nHuman Resource Management<\/p>\n
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff and trainees
\nDevelop and implement HR policies and systems<\/p>\n
Performance Management<\/p>\n
Manage weekly KPI-based staff appraisal system
\nTrain line managers and ensure quality performance reviews
\nTrack and report on staff performance and development<\/p>\n
Traineeship Program<\/p>\n
Coordinate trainee onboarding, mentorship, and performance tracking<\/p>\n
Consultant Engagement<\/p>\n
Build and manage a database of independent consultants
\nMatch consultants to projects and proposals
\nManage contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking<\/p>\n
Administration & Operations<\/p>\n
Strengthen internal coordination, reporting, and documentation systems<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
\nMinimum 3 years relevant experience
\nExperience in performance management systems is required
\nExperience managing consultants or project teams is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
Strong organizational and systems management skills
\nHigh level of professionalism and attention to detail
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
