\nThe Opportunity
\nWe are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as\u00a0Finance & Pipeline Lead.
\nThis is a strategic role responsible for:<\/p>\n
Building and managing a pipeline of\u00a0funding and consultancy opportunities
\nEnsuring\u00a0strong financial management, reporting, and compliance<\/p>\n
The role sits at the core of our growth and sustainability.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nPipeline & Opportunity Management<\/p>\n
Identify and track funding opportunities (grants, donors, calls for proposals)
\nIdentify consultancy opportunities (RFPs, tenders, partnerships)
\nMaintain and update a centralized opportunity tracking system
\nPrepare structured opportunity briefs for sector teams
\nMonitor pipeline progress and deadlines<\/p>\n
Financial Management<\/p>\n
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
\nManage budgeting and financial planning across projects
\nOversee month-end and year-end closure processes<\/p>\n
Compliance & Controls<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other statutory bodies
\nMaintain proper financial records and support audits<\/p>\n
Payments & Payroll<\/p>\n
Prepare and process payments
\nManage payroll preparation and verification
\nMonitor cash flow and financial stability<\/p>\n
Project Financial Support<\/p>\n
Support budgeting for proposals and funded projects
\nEnsure financial compliance across all projects<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
\nProfessional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ZICA) \u2013 added advantage
\nMinimum 3\u20135 years relevant experience
\nExperience in grant finance, project finance, or business development is an added advantage<\/p>\n
