\nJob Purpose
\nThe Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to the following:
\nJob board platform<\/p>\n
Teach Computer Studies at Junior and Senior Secondary levels
\nPrepare detailed schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching materials aligned to the Zambian curriculum
\nDeliver both theoretical and practical computer lessons, including programming basics, Microsoft Office applications, internet usage, data management, and computer hardware fundamentals.
\nSupervise students during practical sessions in the computer laboratory.
\nSet, mark, and moderate tests, assignments, and examinations
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date student academic records.
\nManage and ensure proper maintenance of computer laboratory equipment and software
\nPromote cyber safety, digital literacy, and ethical use of technology among learners.
\nParticipate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development programs<\/p>\n
To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n
Grade 12 certificate
\nMust be registered with Teaching Council of Zambia.
\nAt least 2 years\u2019 experience in the Teaching Profession.
\nMust have high Ethical Standards.
\nWorking with young people in a mentoring or tutorial capacity.
\nAll academic qualifications should be verified and certified by Zambia Qualifications Authority.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in education with Computer Studies \/ ICT OR Diploma in Education with Computer Studies from a recognized institution
\nPractical knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, basic programming (e.g., HTML, Python, or similar), and computer hardware troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and Corporate objectives.<\/p>\n
