\nWildlife Crime Prevention (WCP) is a dynamic Zambian NGO working hand-in-hand with the Department of National Parks & Wildlife and partners across Zambia. Our mission is to safeguard Zambia\u2019s precious wildlife and natural heritage. We support on-the-ground conservation efforts and collaborate with key stakeholders to strengthen law enforcement and protect ecosystems. \nThe Role
\nWe\u2019re looking for a proactive\u00a0Human Resources Manager\u00a0to lead our HR function. You\u2019ll shape HR policies, support staff, ensure legal compliance, and drive a strong organisational culture across teams in Lusaka and remote field locations.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
People & Culture:\u00a0Drive staff engagement, resolve grievances, oversee performance reviews, and plan training.
\nRecruitment & Onboarding:\u00a0Lead hiring, manage contracts, and create a welcoming onboarding experience.
\nCompliance & Policy:\u00a0Ensure legal alignment and update HR policies in line with local labour laws.
\nCompensation & Benefits:\u00a0Manage payroll, benefits, and leave
\nHR Operations:\u00a0Maintain records, prepare reports, and uphold confidentiality<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate & relevant HR qualifications\/experience
\nDeep understanding of HR principles and Zambian labour laws
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nDetail-oriented with high integrity and discretion
\nSelf-motivated, organised, and able to work independently<\/p>\n
