Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?<br \/>\nThe\u00a0Key Purpose\u00a0of this role is to drive and lead the Zambia Legal and Corporate Affairs agenda: government and stakeholder relations, regulatory affairs including protecting license to trade, corporate reputation and communications, media relations, communities support projects, legal projects, and compliance and governance priorities.\u00a0 Manage and lead Zambia Legal and Corporate Affairs team.<br \/>\n\u200b<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Managing and leading the Zambia Corporate Affairs and Legal agenda and strategy<br \/>\nStrategy for Government and stakeholder relations, corporate reputation management and corporate brand communications<br \/>\nProactive leading on training\/ compliance and risk management for the Zambia business<br \/>\nKey advice and strategy across the business<br \/>\nManage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders<br \/>\nDrive the agenda in protecting the business\u2019 interest at a local level and ascertain adherence to business ethics as well as to existing policies<br \/>\nWorking together with the Zambia Legal Manager, coordinate any material court proceedings and litigation settlements<br \/>\nLead and manage key strategic projects and transactions<br \/>\nWorking together with the Zambia Legal Manager, exercise responsibility for marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials<\/p>\n<p>Zambia travel guide<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Discover more<br \/>\nFinancial planning services<br \/>\nJob search tips<br \/>\nEmployment market analysis<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ability to interact with and influence senior stakeholders<br \/>\nIdeally some International understanding\/experience, given the nature of the global business<br \/>\nProficiency in English<br \/>\nHighly-developed all round business and commercial sense<br \/>\nStrong personality with strong communication and negotiating skills in a multi-cultural environment<br \/>\nAbility to work autonomously, in a result-orientated and effective problem-solving way<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<p>Communications\/Public Relations\/Stakeholder Relations\/Corporate Affairs\/External Affairs\/Legal background.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nExperience:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience<br \/>\nBoard experience (Desirable)<br \/>\nStrong academic background and experience<br \/>\nFMCG experience (Desirable)<br \/>\nLeading and Managing people experience<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>BAND: V-A<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
