Reports to:\u00a0Partnership ManagerLocation:\u00a0(Kitwe and Solwezi)
\nJob PurposeTo support the implementation of business growth initiatives by assisting in the developmentof new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and analyzingmarket trends. The role also supports the implementation of marketing and advertisinginitiatives aimed at promoting the institution\u2019s products and services. Additionally, theincumbent must contribute to initiatives related to brand positioning, corporate profiling,corporate social responsibility, communications, and public relations in order to strengthenthe organization\u2019s market presence and reputation.
\nKey Responsibilitiesi. To contribute and provide support to the development and implementation of strategicpartnerships to grow the business and expand partnerships in the region in line with theapproved budget and organizational strategy.ii. To assist in executing stakeholder management and product development initiatives inresponse to market needs and organizational objectives.iii. To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensurelong-term satisfaction and loyalty.iv. To implement sales initiatives and coordinate sales agents\u2019 activities to help meet orexceed branch targets by promoting productivity and high performance.v. To collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and support thestrengthening of the institution\u2019s brand image.vi. To assist in implementing business development, product, and sales performancemeasurement tools (such as scorecards) to track and monitor business growth andproduct performance.
\nvii. To support the implementation of promotional campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions,advertisements, and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and marketpresence.viii. To assist in conducting market research to support sustainability and future competitivegrowth.ix. To handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with established proceduresand Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high levels of customer service andprompt response to client concerns.x. To adhere to company standards, regulations, and industry best practices in executionof duties.
\nQualifications and experiencei. Full Grade 12 School Certificateii. Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline;iii. Master\u2019s degree will be added advantageiv. Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.v. Experience in financial services, insurance, or related sectors will be an addedadvantage.
