\nLocation: Lusaka, Kitwe and Solwezi
\nJob Purpose
\nTo generate new business opportunities, promote the institution\u2019s products and services,
\nidentifying new partnership opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in
\norder to achieve sales targets and expand the organization\u2019s market presence that contribute to
\nthe organization\u2019s growth.Post a job

\nKey Responsibilities
\ni. To identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of the
\norganization.
\nii. To promote the institution\u2019s products and services to potential clients and partners.
\niii. To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
\niv. To support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives within the assigned
\nregion.
\nv. To assist in organizing, coordinating promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other
\nmarketing activities.
\nvi. To provide accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and procedures.
\nvii. To meet or exceed assigned sales and partnership targets.
\nviii. To collect and provide market intelligence and feedback on customer needs and market
\ntrends.
\nix. To ensure high levels of customer service and promptly address client inquiries or
\nconcerns.
\nx. To adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
\nQualifications and Experience
\n\uf0b7 Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
\n\uf0b7 Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a
\nrelated field will be an added advantage.
\n\uf0b7 Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or
\nbusiness development.
\n\uf0b7 Experience in financial services, insurance, or related sectors will be an added
\nadvantage.
