SALES ASSISTANT (2 POSITIONS)

\nTim Motors Zambia Limited, a reputable company specializing in the sale of commercial vehicles, heavy machinery, and mining equipment, is seeking to recruit self-driven, results\u2013oriented, and highly motivated Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team at our 9 Miles Branch.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Promote and sell commercial vehicles, heavy machinery, and mining equipment to prospective clients
\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
\nConduct client visits to understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
\nFollow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
\nPrepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
\nNegotiate contracts and close sales deals
\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
\nAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets
\nUtilize social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) to market and promote products
\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
\nProvide excellent after-sales support and customer service<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 5 years\u2019 proven experience in sales within the commercial vehicle, transport, or mining industry
\nDiploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Transport & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\nHighly articulate, confident, and persuasive
\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
\nExcellent negotiation and closing skills
\nOutgoing personality with strong customer engagement ability
\nProficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion
\nGood organizational and time management skills
\nAbility to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
\nValid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
