\nKey Responsibilities
\nThis position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to\u00a0\u00a0health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.
\n\u00a0
\nKey responsibilities includes:<\/p>\n
\u00a0Managing Metal Sales Operating system: Mineman and monitoring weighbridge operation
\nTo ensure declared minimum product (concentrate, anodes, cathodes and scrap) stocks at the end of each month maintained.
\nTo ensure Customers are receiving the concentrate as per the contract in terms of quantity and quality (material specifications).
\nOrganizing the logistical side of the loading or and off-loading of Concentrate by scheduling trucks with transporters
\nManagement of trucks logistics on site for all products;
\nLoading of trucks as per production and customer allocation and needed concentrate quality;
\nSupervising the loading assuring safety requirements are met and making sure trucks are balancing once they are loaded to minimize turnaround of trucks in the mine;
\nReceiving concentrate from both FQM Trident Ltd and any other sources i.e external purchased concentrates
\nEnsure timely reconciliations on products receipts and dispatches are done with relevant stakeholders.
\nManaging the assay exchange based on contract terms per customer.
\nFinalising assays with customer and\/or Umpire Laboratories.
\nManaging finalizations of all the provisional invoices based on different quotational periods and final assays;
\nInvoicing the customers\u2019 provisional invoices
\nFollow up on customer payment as per terms of product sale;
\nHandling any customer complaints;
\nSupporting and ensure all service invoices are checked and booked in Pronto.
\nReporting directly to Specialist, Metal Sales Controller<\/p>\n

\nSafety Management<\/p>\n
Taking active role implementing Safety standards in sections of Metal Sales areas in approved standard operating procedures
\nEnsuring and checking drivers are in compliance with both KMP Safety and Security procedures<\/p>\n

\nQualifications
\nAll academic qualifications and results must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 School Certificate
\nRelevant Diploma or\/ Degree in Business\/Commercial or Metallurgical qualifications<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Very good knowledge of computer based accounting systems will be advantage (preferably advance Microsoft excel programme).
\nMinimum 3-5 years\u2019 experience in copper mining and operations
\nExperience in logistics and\u00a0metallurgical\/accounting
\nKnowledge of Mineman System will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
