This role requires a proactive professional with proven experience in selling services, building client relationships, and developing tailored solutions that meet customer needs. The specialist will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and strengthening long-term partnerships.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.<br \/>\nConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.<br \/>\nPresent and sell service solutions to clients, tailoring proposals to meet specific requirements.<br \/>\nPrepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.<br \/>\nNegotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.<br \/>\nCollaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM systems.<br \/>\nProvide regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and achievements.<br \/>\nRepresent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.<br \/>\nMinimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in business development or sales, specifically in selling services.<br \/>\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\nStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.<br \/>\nAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationships.<br \/>\nExperience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.<br \/>\nKnowledge of service-based industries (e.g., logistics, consulting, IT, professional services) is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKEY SKILLS &amp; ATTRIBUTES<\/p>\n<p>Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal and networking skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<br \/>\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.<br \/>\nAdaptability to dynamic market conditions.<\/p>\n<p>PERFORMANCE INDICATORS<\/p>\n<p>Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.<br \/>\nGrowth in client base and service contracts.<br \/>\nCustomer satisfaction and retention rates.<br \/>\nContribution to overall business growth and profitability.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
