\nJOB RESPONSIBILITY<\/p>\n
Perform stores management tasks of working in an assigned stores to make sure it runs smoothly and efficiently by managing and supervising the efficient receipt, release and storage of various products for proper maintenance.
\nEnsure to oversee security, sanitation and performance including undertaking of administrative functions of monitoring inventory stock levels so that an excellent service is delivered to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
\nResponsible for the management and supervision of staff members engaged in stores management.
\nPlan and direct the day to day operations of the assigned stores ensuring to develop strategies on improving customer service and maintaining high standards by fostering a positive environment at the assigned location.
\nReceive materials\/supplies, inspect and store in applicable designated locations.
\nMonitor stock inventory and order new items when at reorder levels ensuring a quality service is rendered to user requesting officers .
\nProcess various stores management received\/ issued documentation accurately to maintain the flow ensuring to file for easy retrieval in an efficient manner.
\nEnsure to verify all incoming materials, supplies and products and should be stored and displayed in an efficient manner.
\nCheck opening stock of all materials, supplies and products as per report on daily basis specifically on fast running items.
\nAnalyse the aging of stock and communicate to management of obsolete stock to assigned superiors on a regular basis.<\/p>\n
