We are<br \/>\nseeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources<br \/>\nManager.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2013 Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes<br \/>\n\u2013 Maintain employee records and HR documentation<br \/>\n\u2013 Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters<br \/>\n\u2013 Oversee payroll coordination and staff welfare issues<br \/>\n\u2013 Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws<br \/>\n\u2013 Support performance management and staff development initiatives<br \/>\n\u2013 Prepare HR reports and assist management with decision-making<br \/>\nRequirements:<br \/>\n\u2013 Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or<br \/>\nany related field<br \/>\n\u2013 Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (experience in logistics is an added<br \/>\nadvantage)<br \/>\n\u2013 Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices<br \/>\n\u2013 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\u2013 High level of integrity and confidentiality<br \/>\n\u2013 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications<br \/>\n-should be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource<br \/>\nManagement (ZIHRM)<br \/>\n-Must be proficient in PAYE, NHIMA ,NAPSA and Payroll counting .<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
