This role requires someone who can take full control of HR operations, enforce policies, and deliver results without supervision.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nLead recruitment &amp; onboarding processes from start to finish<br \/>\nManage employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution<br \/>\nPrepare and manage contracts, HR documentation &amp; personnel files<br \/>\nOversee attendance, leave management &amp; staff records<br \/>\nCoordinate payroll inputs &amp; statutory compliance (NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE)<br \/>\nEnforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct<br \/>\nConduct daily\/weekly HR monitoring and reporting<br \/>\nDrive performance management and staff productivity<br \/>\nHandle labour office matters and HR compliance issues<br \/>\nWhat We Are Looking For<br \/>\nStrong personality with the ability to enforce discipline and structure<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and handle complex HR situations<br \/>\nExcellent communication and conflict resolution skills<br \/>\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven<br \/>\nAbility to manage multiple sites or clients (added advantage)<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements<br \/>\nDiploma in Human Resource Management or related field<br \/>\nMinimum 2\u20135 years proven HR experience<br \/>\nStrong knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws<br \/>\nExperience in payroll, compliance, and disciplinary handling<br \/>\nComputer literate (Excel, HR systems)<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
