To deliver against customer service, volume, market share and profitability targets in an ethical, safe, and sustainable manner.<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nSafety &amp; Quality<\/p>\n<p>Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for internal and external stakeholders.<br \/>\nEnsure that legislative requirements are met and fully implemented.<br \/>\nMaintain a robust system of SIO generation and close out.<br \/>\nWeekly safety reviews are conducted with the teams and monthly safety reviews with the Logistics Director to identify risk trends and mitigation plans<br \/>\nEnsure that logistics teams adhere to quality guidelines specified by the Zone so that customers receive stock as per ABInbev\u2019s quality guidelines;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nDPO\/VPO\/LCP<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting routines are adhered to in line with mandatory DPO\/VPO\/LCP guidelines<br \/>\nEnsure that processes are standardized via SOP\u2019s and work standards are monitored and improved<br \/>\nTrack KPI\u2019s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with DPO\/VPO\/LCP requirements;<br \/>\nEnsure that appropriate problem-solving tools are applied for out of range KPI\u2019s in line with DPO\/VPO\/LCP methodology.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKPI\u2019s, Routines &amp; Reports<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting routines are adhered to in line with mandatory DPO, VPO, LCP &amp; internal guidelines<br \/>\nEnsure that processes are standardized via SOP\u2019s and work standards are monitored and improved\u00a0\u27a2\u00a0Track KPI\u2019s on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in line with requirements<br \/>\nEnsure that appropriate problem-solving tools are applied for out of range KPI\u2019s in line with LCP, DPO 7 VPO methodology.<br \/>\nPublish reports on time as per LCP, DPO &amp; VPO guidelines and internal processes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nPeople Management<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that the Logistics and Planning Teams are aligned in terms of goals and meeting routines to drive continuous improvement.<br \/>\nEnsures that Monthly One on Ones are conducted in line with the target review process.<br \/>\nFollow up on Engagement Survey results with clear actions to correct areas of concern.<br \/>\nRecruitment of talent and building of pipeline<br \/>\nCapability building of the logistics team<br \/>\nPerform 180 reviews and address poor performance where required by means of improvement plans and or disciplinary hearings.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nCost Management<\/p>\n<p>Drive a strict adherence to flexed budgets with the delivery, warehouse, inventory management &amp; planning teams.<br \/>\nEnsure that accountability is aligned to package owners<br \/>\nAssumes overall accountability for Country Logistics spend on both VLC, FLC and SCOH<br \/>\nDevelop annually together with Zone team the bottom up budgets for all packages (VLC, people, retpack, capex etc.)<br \/>\nDevelop annually the 1YP together with Zone<br \/>\nAnnual Champions initiatives and tracking of the same<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Customer focused mind set and approach<br \/>\nDemonstrate problem solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and multitask<br \/>\nGood verbal and communication skills; must communicate across all levels in the organization with personal gravitas and credibility<br \/>\nGood self-management principles<br \/>\nAbility to adapt to and implement change effectively<br \/>\nStrive for continuous improvement<br \/>\nStrong analytic and numerical skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Logistics\/Supply Chain degree or another 3-year degree in related field<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years manufacturing, distribution, and planning management experience within FMCG company<br \/>\nDeep knowledge of supply chain processes both from operational and planning perspective<br \/>\nProven experience with ability to influence and interface with senior stakeholders across various functions<br \/>\nProven leadership experience with an ability to convert market opportunities into cost saving initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<\/p>\n<p>BAND: V<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
