\nThe\u00a0Key Purpose\u00a0of this role is to ensure alignment to overall business strategy from a logistics and planning perspective. To deliver against customer service, volume, market share and profitability targets in an ethical, safe, and sustainable manner.
\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:

\nSafety & Quality<\/p>\n
Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for internal and external stakeholders.
\nEnsure that legislative requirements are met and fully implemented.
\nMaintain a robust system of SIO generation and close out.
\nWeekly safety reviews are conducted with the teams and monthly safety reviews with the Logistics Director to identify risk trends and mitigation plans
\nEnsure that logistics teams adhere to quality guidelines specified by the Zone so that customers receive stock as per ABInbev\u2019s quality guidelines;<\/p>\n

\nDPO\/VPO\/LCP<\/p>\n
Ensure that Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting routines are adhered to in line with mandatory DPO\/VPO\/LCP guidelines
\nEnsure that processes are standardized via SOP\u2019s and work standards are monitored and improved
\nTrack KPI\u2019s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in line with DPO\/VPO\/LCP requirements;
\nEnsure that appropriate problem-solving tools are applied for out of range KPI\u2019s in line with DPO\/VPO\/LCP methodology.<\/p>\n

\nKPI\u2019s, Routines & Reports<\/p>\n
Ensure that Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meeting routines are adhered to in line with mandatory DPO, VPO, LCP & internal guidelines
\nEnsure that processes are standardized via SOP\u2019s and work standards are monitored and improved\u00a0\u27a2\u00a0Track KPI\u2019s on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in line with requirements
\nEnsure that appropriate problem-solving tools are applied for out of range KPI\u2019s in line with LCP, DPO 7 VPO methodology.
\nPublish reports on time as per LCP, DPO & VPO guidelines and internal processes.<\/p>\n

\nPeople Management<\/p>\n
Ensure that the Logistics and Planning Teams are aligned in terms of goals and meeting routines to drive continuous improvement.
\nEnsures that Monthly One on Ones are conducted in line with the target review process.
\nFollow up on Engagement Survey results with clear actions to correct areas of concern.
\nRecruitment of talent and building of pipeline
\nCapability building of the logistics team
\nPerform 180 reviews and address poor performance where required by means of improvement plans and or disciplinary hearings.<\/p>\n

\nCost Management<\/p>\n
Drive a strict adherence to flexed budgets with the delivery, warehouse, inventory management & planning teams.
\nEnsure that accountability is aligned to package owners
\nAssumes overall accountability for Country Logistics spend on both VLC, FLC and SCOH
\nDevelop annually together with Zone team the bottom up budgets for all packages (VLC, people, retpack, capex etc.)
\nDevelop annually the 1YP together with Zone
\nAnnual Champions initiatives and tracking of the same<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Logistics\/Supply Chain degree or another 3-year degree in related field
\nMinimum 5 years manufacturing, distribution, and planning management experience within FMCG company
\nDeep knowledge of supply chain processes both from operational and planning perspective
\nProven experience with ability to influence and interface with senior stakeholders across various functions
\nProven leadership experience with an ability to convert market opportunities into cost saving initiatives<\/p>\n
