\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing the company\u2019s strategic objectives by supporting the business control function. You will be responsible for implementing sound business processes, maintaining and recommending improvements to the internal control framework, and fostering collaboration across the organization. A strong focus on developing and mentoring direct reports, while consistently upholding service excellence, will be central to your success.

\nYour mission:

Recommend and implement sound internal controls to strengthen Business Control functions.
\nCollaborate with key internal stakeholders and the Regional Centre of Excellence.
\nReview business performance, customer accounts, and entity cost analyses, ensuring corrective actions are followed through.
\nEnforce monthly reporting processes, including Balance Sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and goods in transit reviews.
\nConduct profitability, cash flow, inventory, and fixed asset analyses, driving remedial action plans.
\nSupport internal and external audits, ensuring improvements are implemented.
\nEnsure compliance with legal requirements and local statutory regulations.<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n
Qualified accounting professional with minimum 5 years\u2019 working experience
\nStrong business acumen
\nStrong analytical skills
\nGood negotiation skills
\nGood leadership and team-organisation skills
\nExperience working in a multinational organisations and adaptable to multicultural environments.
\nPrevious managerial experience e.g. Finance Manager<\/p>\n
