Summary<\/p>\n
As a\u00a0Facilities & Project Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and development of multiple sites in Zambia. You will lead infrastructure projects, ensure compliance with international standards, and integrate\u00a0Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)\u00a0principles into all operations.<\/p>\n
What will be your responsibilities?<\/p>\n
Facilities Management:<\/p>\n
Ensure optimal functioning of all facilities and infrastructure.
\nImplement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.<\/p>\n
Project Management:<\/p>\n
Plan, execute, and monitor construction and renovation projects.
\nManage budgets, timelines, and quality standards.<\/p>\n
CSR & Sustainability:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement eco-friendly practices (energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation).
\nPromote local employment and supplier partnerships aligned with ethical standards.
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
\nTrack and report sustainability KPIs (carbon footprint, resource usage).<\/p>\n
Leadership & Coordination:<\/p>\n
Manage multicultural teams and external contractors.
\nFoster a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Who are we looking for?<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
\nMinimum 5 years of experience in facilities and project management.
\nStrong knowledge of HSE standards and sustainability practices.
\nExcellent leadership and communication skills.
\nFluent in English (French is a plus).
\nExperience in multi-site operations and African context preferred.<\/p>\n
