\nYour Key Responsibilities Will Include<\/p>\n
Manage inbound supply (primary & secondary), demand planning, and inventory to ensure product availability
\nOversee supplier performance, contract management, and procurement processes
\nLead S&OP processes and align demand, supply, and production planning
\nEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
\nMonitor supply chain critical metrics and drive corrective actions to close performance gaps
\nOptimize working capital, costs, and overall supply chain efficiency
\nEnsure seamless execution of warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities
\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and embed standard processes
\nCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver business and customer objectives<\/p>\n

\nWhat are we looking for?<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
\nExperience in Supply Chain or Operations
\n4\u20136 years\u2019 experience as a Supply Chain Manager
\nStrong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
\nProven experience in cost management, planning, and procurement
\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
\nLeadership experience with the ability to manage and influence teams
\nCommercial awareness and customer-focused attitude
\nSAP \u2013 added advantage<\/p>\n
