\nYour Mission:<\/p>\n
Act as the main customer contact for all on-site service matters
\nLead, develop, and manage the service team and resources
\nPlan and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, and audits
\nEnsure equipment is maintained and repaired to required standards
\nMonitor compliance with schedules, documentation, and legal\/SHEQ requirements
\nManage tools, workshop conditions, and overall housekeeping
\nHandle incident reporting, staffing, and operational planning
\nSupport employee development, training, and performance management
\nEnsure high service quality and customer satisfaction<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n
Strong Electrical and Mechanical knowledge of equipment will be an added advantage.
\nAbility in managing Artisans is essential
\nGood planning, supervisory and organizational skills.
\nAttention to detail and show a strong sense of urgency.
\nAdvanced Technical Certificate \/ H.E.R \/ Degree in Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or equivalent through experience.<\/p>\n
