\nYour Mission:<\/p>\n
Ensure the right people are in the right roles with accurate headcount allocation.
\nEfficiently assign vehicles and resources to each site or cost center.
\nMonitor and manage time tracking to ensure accurate hours are recorded.
\nOversee overtime management to balance productivity and costs.
\nKeep a close eye on expenses to maintain effective cost control.
\nBuild and review P&L statements for each service agreement monthly alongside the Site Manager to drive performance.<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:<\/p>\n
Strong accounting skills with hands-on experience in cost accounting
\nProficient in BPCS or other relevant ERP systems
\nComputer literate with expertise in MS Office applications and Lotus Notes
\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data effectively<\/p>\n
